What does the paper present?
This paper aims at a detailed presentation of a set of over 40 analog integrated circuits.
Designed and manufactured at IPRS Baneasa-Bucharest, these circuits are the result of the efforts of almost ten years of a team of design engineers and technologists, being made at the level of performance of large component companies: National Semiconductor, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Signetics etc.
Depending on the functional characteristics and the field of applications, the integrated circuits were grouped by families, a special chapter being dedicated to each one.
In addition to the complete characterization of the circuits, the paper also offers a series of electrical diagrams of use and possible applications, for a better familiarization of the user with these products.
