What does the paper present?

This mini-catalog completes the RET series of "short catalogs", with data on several voltage stabilizing integrated circuits.

The main parameters of the circuits are presented as well as some of the possible application schemes.

Specialized circuits for powering logic systems with microprocessors and microcontrollers are widespread in today's industrial applications, which is why the attention for them has been slightly higher.

Catalog structure

1. 723 - Positive or negative voltage source
2. 78xx - Fixed or adjustable positive voltage regulators
3. 79xx - Fixed or adjustable negative voltage regulators
4. L4901A - Provides two stabilized 5V precision voltages with separate inputs and outputs
5. L4902A - Provides two stabilized 5V precision voltages with common inputs and separate outputs
6. L4903 - Provides two 5V stabilized voltages with separate inputs
7. L4904A - Provides two stabilized 5V precision voltages with separate inputs and outputs
8. L4905 - Similar to L4901A; the difference of parameters individualizes them
9. M323 - With its help it is possible to make fixed + 5V or adjustable positive voltage stabilizers
10. M337 - Negative voltage regulator with 3 terminals
11. ROB1468 - Dual voltage regulator, designed to provide positive and negative voltage symmetrically at the output
12. ROB304 - Precision negative voltage stabilizer
13. ROB305 - Monolithic positive voltage stabilizer
14. ROB317 - Second generation floating type voltage stabilizer
15. TDA8134 - Double voltage regulator with the possibility of deactivating the second output; offers at outputs two stabilized voltages of + 5V and + 12V respectively
16. TDA8135 - Similar to TDA8134, being an improved version
17. TDA8136 - Double voltage regulator with the possibility of deactivating the second output; offers at outputs two stabilized voltages of + 12V
18. TDA8137 - Double voltage regulator; offers at the outputs two stabilized voltages of 5.1V
19. TDA8138 - Double voltage regulator; offers at outputs two stabilized voltages of 5.1V and + 12V respectively
20. TDA8139 - Positive voltage regulator; offers at the outputs two stabilized voltages of 5.1V
21. TEA76xx - Positive fixed voltage stabilizers, similar to those in the 78XX series
